Depends on how much you're willing to spend and what you want out of it really lol

I'm willing to spend at most 800-900, and I just want to be able to have good fps on games and record but idk if that has anything to do with the gpu

Whichever one you can get your hands on really, the performance delta between the "best" one and the "worst" one isn't worth worrying about. Beggars can't be choosers. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

If I were you, I'd get the first 3080 you can get your hands on.

Get whatever you can. 

 

However, that being said, I'd go for the FE if given the choice. It's wayyyy cheaper and the only one still at the $699 MSRP
