Hello so after installing my new gpu (required me to put case on the side) I think I messed up fluid or something. (celcuis)
Before my pc used to be around 37 - 40
When not touching it at all with nothing open its about 40
On boot its 50
And when signing up for this website it went to 60.
While writing this its 45
The base clock speed is 3.8ghz and for some reasons its going to 4.8ghz at all times.
Cooler: Artic Liquid Cooler II 240mm
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU: ASUS 3070

And it also went up to those clock speeds after running Cinebench a week ago.
Did I make air go into my pump or something?

Also its been under 10% load this whole time

Edit: After using ryzen master instead of nzxt cam its at around 38 right now however it did spike to 65 for no reaons
