Posted January 22, 2021 I've updated the board to bios 2.30. I originally booted up with a Ryzen 2700x. System was fine. After that I updated BIOS to 2.30 and other later BIOS versions even the BETA. No matter what, the system does not boot with the new CPU. It just keeps looping. The system boots up and then after 30-seconds boots down. I bought this CPU from a vendor off Newegg. I am thinking he sent me a dud? To further reiterate the motherboard works fine with the 2700x and a VARIETY of memory modules, Ranging from 2666 to 3200mhz I have in total about 5 sets of memory i've tried. All work with 2700x. Posted January 22, 2021 Author if you own a 2700x and have that installed you need to flash via command line.
