PC crashes without BSOD

Hi,

I built my PC in September. Monday it started to crash when trying to run a game. It crashed without blue screen of death and restarted.

Specs:

CPU - AMD 5600x
GPU - Gigabyte AORUS GeForce RTX 3070 Master 8G (Latest drivers)
RAM - 8Gb 3000MHz (Runs at 2133MHz, Without DOCP)(3000MHz, with DOCP)
MOBO - ROG strix b550-f gaming wifi
Storage - 970 EVO 1TB (100GB available)
PSU - Corsair CX750F (750 Watt)
OS - Windows 10 Pro (Latest release)

When I run some games, the pc crashes. No BSOS, no error, just black screen and a restart.

If I plug in a speaker, it gives one short beep. (Which means everything is OK)

I have no OC running on any part. I tried diffrent ram and ram slots, didn't work.

Clearing CMOS and changing battery didn't work either.

I also checked Event Viewer, it gave 2 errors from NetBT:

"Initialization failed because the driver device could not be created. Use the string "000000000100320000000000D71000C011010000250200C001000000000000000000000000000000" to identify the interface for which initialization failed. It represents the MAC address of the failed interface or the Globally Unique Interface Identifier (GUID) if NetBT was unable to map from GUID to MAC address. If neither the MAC address nor the GUID were available, the string represents a cluster device name. "

Some benchmarks and games:
-COD Cold War, Crash (Gameplay)
-Rainbow Six Siege, Crash (Gameplay)
-Watch dogs legions, Crash (Gameplay)
-GTA V, no crash (No gameplay, only benchmark)
-Cinebench R23, no crash -> CPU under 80 degrees Celsius. (Measured with ICUE / hwinfo)
-CPU-Z, no crash -> CPU under 80 degrees celcius. (Measured with ICUE / hwinfo)
-3D Mark, no crash
-Heaven Benchmark, no crash
-FurMark, no crash
-Memtest (see image), no crash

Can anyone help me?

New problem:

While in discord call and watching Disney plus, it crashes 😞

Edit:

I fixed it. I suspect the drivers. (I used DDU, idk if this was the solution)
