Can this RGB strip be connected to my mobo so I can control the colours ?

venomx

There's an RGB strip perhaps 12" long inside the case, however the cable isn't connected to the mobo and it looks like a molex connection. I thought most RGB strips connect to the JRGB ports on the mobo.
It's definitely not connected to the Mobo as I installed a B450 recently and nothing is connected to the JRGB ports. any idea ?

My front two intakes are also molex.

Here you can see the connections.... if i could somehow connect that 12v strip to my mobo i'd be able to control the colours ( i think ) ....

I can't make out much from the images itself but in the first image, it's a regular RGB connector from a controller to the strip. The controller requires 12v which is sometimes taken from molex if your mobo doesnt have a rgb controller builtin. So it's pretty much a regular rgb strip connected to a controller that's powered through a molex.
