Would a Wraith Prism be able to adequately cool a 5800x at stock settings?

Got a Ryzen 5 1600 with a Wraith Prism, and also have an extra Wraith Spire laying around. Was thinking if I swapped the Spire back to the 1600, and got a 5800x with a new motherboard, would the Wraith Spire be sufficient on the 5800x?

A Wraith Prism can work. Not sure about the Spire though.

Spire would go back into the 1600 and it would get a less aggressive oc.
