pls help

So I just installed a new bequiet 450w 80 plus bronze PSU. First of all these are my specs, AMD FZ 6300 nVidia geForce 9800 gtx+ 8gb ram hyperx fury ddr3 asus mb. When I start the PC the fans run really loud I'm not sure which fans but it might be the psu ones since thats the component i changed but it also might be all of them or the gpu or idk. So it runs like that and the PC wont boot, sometimes it will and all the fans run normally quietly but yea. Please help. I can send any videos images if needed anything just help

Yo uaked this before. You wer given the answer that he psu is most likely brokey. If none of them helped you there, nobody can help you now

Don't do that, that's considered spamming. If you want you can update your previous threads with new information or just respond to them saying "I'm still having this problem and I haven't been able to solve it. Does anyone have any other suggestions?" which will bump it back to the top of the page.
