How do you disable the freezing and stuttering in all games?

I have tried R6S and CSGO and it starts stuttering and then it freezes for 5-7 seconds after playing for a while. I don't know why this is happening. Possibly overheating. Please reply ASAP.

 

Specs:

i5 7300hq

MX 150

8gb ram

The computer is freezing because it is running too hot.

This is not something you can disable / defeat; it is hardcoded into the component.

The answer is "newest windows update" it cause the lags. Yesterday 15.01.2021 my windows downloaded newest update and I started to get this issue, once for a while I got lag spikes for 5-7 seconds, exactly how you do. I unninstalled latest windows update and everything is ok now
