1 Chassis fan only spins for a second when connecting, after that it doesn't anymore.

I got a new corsair case with 3x Case fans in the front. The fans definitly work, i tried switching the pins on 2 of the fans and now the other one stops spinning, so it is something with the mainboard. I do not understand why it would spin for a second and then stop and not even show up in bios. Do you think the fan pins on the mainboard are faulty? I have a ASUS B450-F Gaming

 

edit: By the way, everything else is working fine and as intended.I can even change the RGB via the control center from Corsair.
