your gpu has a factory overclock but could maybe be tweaked slightly, (so i've been told)

and i think all amd cpus are unlocked for OC too, but if you do any kind of overclocking you probably want a better air cooler

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.
