Where to get Windows Vista Bootable USB file?

i want to install windows vista on an old blank HDD to use it as a retro emulator system. I have a product key for Vista Home Premium, but have no burnable CD to do so. i do have a usb flash drive, however, with a capacity of 64gb. is there any way to intall vista home premium oem through USB?

But why? Emulators run on modern systems they don't need a dedicated system for it.

Providing any Vista ISO download would likely be considered piracy, which is against forum rules. There is no legal way to obtain Windows Vista without physical media.

I think they still have the windows 7 iso up for download if you have a key and the vista key should work there

its MUCH more fun to run on a vintage OS, especially Windows XP. but i have a key for vista

Use Rufus to create a bootable USB from the ISO.
