Windows 10 system errors unable to use pc

Just randomly today when I started my pc i got a few system errors about certain .DLL files missing can't open file explorer for any program due to files missing error only task manager works and it put me in Windows recovery when restarted and when i tried to reinstall windows it just told me there is a problem reinstalling windows 

 

It doesn't load my wallpaper either and i have no clue what the lock symbol in my toolbar means it wasn't there before

 

Update:chrome works but no WiFi options available anywhere

 

I wanna know if my HDD is busted or is this a software issue that can be solved with a clean Windows install

btw my pc does actually boot

HDD is fine, .dll file missing isn't a huge deal, you can just download and manually copy it into the right folder.

I suggest checking what is trying to run at startup, because there shouldn't be any video by default... You can do so from the Task Manager--> Startup or win + R msconfig

Windows explorer ain't great you can replace it with http://bb4win.sourceforge.net/bblean/ for example...

As the error mention s, it is from lghub.exe

This is Logitech gaming control panel. It comes with your keyb or mouse.

 

Just uninstall it and reinstall it.

U did a Windows install Windows by starting it from task manager and it worked but today it doesn't even boot to desktop and i can't do anything here

can i have your discords or something if you wanna help

Just boot into safe mode if it's only software to blame, everything should be ok
