Hi. I just want to know any ideas about this situation I'm in.

I have a Mobo with 2666Mhz with only 2 channels for RAM. I have 2x8GB Lexar DDR4 2666Mhz sticks installed. I won a HyperFury 1x16GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAM stick from a Christmas raffle. I plan to replace one of my 8GB with that new 16GB stick.

It will be on 1st channel = 16GB 3200Mhz

And then on 2nd channel = 8GB 2666Mhz

Will I have any incompatibility issues with this set of RAM in my PC?

Your shiny new RAM stick will only run at the speed of your slower stick.

-> Moved to CPUs, Motherboards and Memory

The outcome will depend on what you are after. Do you benefit more from having more RAM capacity (most likely when doing procuctivity tasks) or higher RAM speeds (Ryzen CPUs and gaming probably)? By running you new RAM and the other from old, the speed will be from slower stick, and you are gonna run them in single channel. But you are having 24Gb capacity.
