Very vague post. Completely depends on what NUC, what you're streaming, what settings, etc.

Sorry about that. The mainstream games, like Warzone, Total war, Cyberpunk etc. I don't have a lot of space so looking for something small. Thanks and sorry I was vague.

what res and framerate? What codec? Where would it get its media from?

Just to clarify since streaming can mean multip,e things. You are looking to stream gameplay to Twitch/YT/others? Or from your main gaming PC to another room over wifi?

For first it depends on NUC CPU (and you still would need capture card or setup NDI for capturing video feed from gaming PC/console). You will need quad core better than i7 from 2013 (my current :D).

For second NUC is just fine as your WiFi would be the biggest concern.

I have a capture card an Elgato hd60+ . I just want to know which one could so what I want. Thanks.

Well, the system requirements for that hardware should give you some point on what to go with. Since it doesn't have encoder by itself, my point about CPU power stands.
