Which cooler should i get?

Out of all these product, which one will be best optimal for quiet operation with decent overclocking performance?

using A88XM-E45 MSI board with A10-7700K, planning to O.C. to some where around 4.2~4.4 range or lower

if needed to operate quieter.

Also, if i get something like silverstone's or silenx's do i have to remove the stock backplate??

I would get the Cooler Master one then. 8000 reviews is really good, just like the 212.

Of those, the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 would be my choice, but I'd really suggest saving a tiny bit more for the 212 Evo.

Why only 28?

 

The 212 Evo is $35. Saving an extra $7 then buying is what I'd recommend.
