Would reinstalling Windows 10 resolve my errors?

Yeah whenever I have strange software problems like that I reinstall windows and everything works good as new.

Ive been having very frustrating issues with my new computer lately. Its been giving me critical errors while doing heavy tasks (Error 0xc000005, BSOD, CTD). I've tried everything to resolve these issues but nothing seemed to have worked. So my last option and idea is to reinstall the whole OS, but would this be a waste of time?

My specifications are listed below:

ASRock Pro4-F B450M (Latest BIOS update) - Motherboard

Ryzen 3 3100 - CPU

2x8gb 3000mhz (clocked at 2933mhz 1.35v and SOC voltage at 1.2v) G.Skill Aegis - RAM

GTX 1660 Super Gainward GHOST OC - GPU

BeQuiet! 500W SystemPower9 - PSU

1tb HDD and 60gb SSD - Disks

Any helpful tip or answer will help out. Thank you.
