Intel i3-8109U I-GPU performance

Hey, so i'm helping my sister becasue she want's a home computer and since she doesn't have much space for a normal desktop i'm planning on buying her an intel NUC with the CPU mentioned above, she doesn't play any demanding games, only things such as sims, but as i'm used to having a big beefy gpu i've never been able to test out the graphics in I-GPU's.

So she obviously doesn't need 240 fps and everything on high but would it run at a proper 60fps at standard 1080p med/high graphics or would it be better to maybe get one with a i5-8259U (both have intel iris plus graphics 655)

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.
