Go to ebay.com and search for "DIP 24 socket" -- not particularly difficult. Also, wrong subforum for this post as well.

did not see a good one so i put it in off topic also they all have the incorrect spacing i need .566 or something similar

According to the Atmel datasheet, it's a standard 0.6" DIP-package.
