Disconnect all drives, put only 1 stick of RAM in the computer, and power up, see what happens.

No change.. no singnal

Have you checked all the motherboard power and data cables? If they are not properly connected, it might be an error.

Also, if your motherboard has internal display, try to plug the monitor into it, to check if there is an error with the GPU, or some other problem.

Sorry, you didn't quote me, so I missed this.

I wonder if you are getting some kind of short where your motherboard is grounding out. If you can, Take the motherboard out of the case, put it on something like a book, and connect only the things needed to power on (video card, 1 stick of RAM, but no hard drives) and see what happens.

Your CPU has no onboard graphics so you can't get any display signal without the video card.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

And plugged with hdmi straight to mobo still nothing

You need the GFX card installed, your CPU doesn't have built-in GFX, like @Middcore said

Is something broken? How do i know is the cpu broken?

Do you have a speaker on your motherboard? If not, do you have a spare one you can install onto the motherboard?

Sadly, no, what I was getting at was the beep codes that a motherboard can produce, which can go a long way towards troubleshooting

Did you try turning it on with the motherboard outside the case on something like a book or the box it came in like @Radium_Angelsuggested? The fact that it works when you swap out the mobo, but only briefly, leads me to believe that something is either damaging the motherboard or somehow impacting its ability to function.

Tryed logitech speakers but no any peep codes

Yeah it doesn't output the boop codes to the audio ports, only an internal audio speaker. Fortunately they are cheap on eBay to buy.
