RTX3080 Maxing out at 106FPS

Hello, 

 

Ive finally got my Strix 3080 OC after waiting since Launch day! 

 

Though i’m having a strange issue....

 

I’ve tried a few games and no matter the settings or resolution it seems to cap out at 106FPS

 

V-Sync Is OFF and the games have no frame limit enabled.

 

i was wondering there is any other things that could cause this, 

 

I have it set up at the moment on my LG CX at 4K 120Hz and every game i’ve tried no matter the setting max’s at 106fps

 

Any ideas appreciated!

Do the GPU/RAM clocks rise under load to the right levels?

Yes,

I have a little OC running too. GPU only showing upto 50% Load
