Atmos help

Hello!
I'm building a private home cinema and I'm creating a custom atmos audio setup.
My idea is to use a Scarlett 18i20 for manage the sound.

The card is connected to pc via usb and I will use the 10 jack ports for separate channels.

I will use 5 for frontal and front/rear lateral speakers, 1 for subs and 4 for atmos speakers.

It was so great until I read a post of 2016 that told that atmos works only on dolby cards or with audio coming out through hdmi.

Is there a way to make it work with my setup?
