I need a new mouse because my g502 and im torn between the g703 and g pro but I don't think the pro is worth the extra considering they are so similar.

I use the G502 lightspeed myself, and I wouldn't switch to any of the ones on your list, but that's because I actually use all the buttons. I need more buttons, but Logitech doesn't make the mouse I used to use anymore. If you're including them as options though then you probably don't use everything on the G502. Regardless, if you've been using the G502 and have been happy with it keep using it. It's an excellent mouse.

I have the 603 (703 w/o RGB and uses AA's) and love it. I put two Lithium AA's in it over a year ago, and it's still got one bar's worth of battery life according to G Hub

What's your hand size and grip style. Also, what are you primarily using the mouse for?
