 i am buying this as my first build

Any reason why you are going with an A520 rather than a B550 board, I can see they are a little cheaper but you are limiting your memory and poss Gen 4 PCiE upgrades in the future for a pretty small saving now. 

 

Also get a windows licence from a vendor online rather than a full copy as this is an OEM, all be it a bespoke one and save $100

Just like Chris said, go with B550, get cheaper Windows, also I wouldn't buy those case fans.

And if you can wait a few months go for a 5600X and a 3060Ti maybe...
