CPU Bottleneck Check

Hi everyone, I am using AMD FX8320(4.4GHZ OC'd) CPU with Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Toxic Edition(2GB DDR5) GPU. While running a game CPU averages at 20-30% but GPU is running at its maximum of 99% at 1220MHZ Core clock & 1550MHZ Memory clock. Is this bottlenecking..!!

RAM: Corsair Vengeance cmz8gx3m1a1600c10, Will adding another 8GB RAM be any useful..!!

If it is so, are there any alternatives other replacing the hardware..!!

Pretty sure its common to see the CPU with lower % and the GPU being at 98-100% since games usually are GPU heavy (although some are CPU heavy like Beamng.drive, CSGO and esport games also like using more CPU)

Your GPU is the limiting factor, so no.

There will ALWAYS be a bottleneck of some kind, whether it's in the software or hardware. A bottleneck, in and of itself, isn't an issue unless you want better performance and, if you want better performance, you have no other alternative than getting faster hardware.
