Monitor help

I am going to Vegas on Thursday and I've been told I can get a few pc parts, So I am looking to get a monitor. One I am really leaning towards is this monitor: http://www.outletpc.com/ug1952-dell-e2313h-23-inch-dvi-1080p-led-monitor.html

 

But I can't find anywhere for the life of me if it's an IPS monitor or not, help me pls.

No, it's TN or VA, but not IPS.

Try to pick up an AOC i2367F(h). I have two, and they are quite good as budget IPS panels.
