Recommendations for new laptop

Hi, all,

 

First time poster, and I would love your advice. I have been rocking my Thinkpad E550 for 5 years now, and I am saving up for a replacement. I have £260 saved up ($352 US, $452 CAN, 288 Euros), and will have more money coming in soon. I am looking for a good laptop (be it second hand, or new) that will serve me well for a similar length of time. I primarily use my laptop to watch YouTube and Netflix, use Microsoft Office applications, and for light photo editing. I am not a gamer, but I do play very lightweight games like Mini Metro. 

 

All suggestions welcome, except for Macs.

Without a final budget recommendations are useless especially used market ones as that changes within hours.
