Anyone know how SCD Keys can get discounted keys

It sells massively discounted game keys and windows keys.

How does it manage these massive discounts? Is it through illegal acts?

I have heard of some sites exploiting the "Grey" market, which is exploiting regional pricing. Do you think this may be the case?

Lots of these sites are used for people to whitewash money with game keys and stuff. Plenty of people buy these with creditcard info they obtained and get money this way.
