Chrome being weird with multiple displays

When I fullscreen chrome on my main monitor a small white line appears on the two monitors above it. Does anyone know why this is happening?image.thumb.png.df2b4f260f581db13fca72e9857ecb77.png

Updating to windows 11 fixed this(win 11 is still only a dev build)
