GPU stuck in socket

Push the videocard back in and see if the PCIe lock moves at all.

Once the videocard is back in, check if you can open the PCIe lock. It only moves ever so slightly. Then gently pull out the videocard, which might require just ever so much working back and forth.

On the IO side i can pull it out like 0,5 cm. Doesn't work though

 

Edit: the lock now moves a bit, however it still doesn't unlock

Check with the other PCIE slot, how you unlock the slot. Then check if the top slot works like that or not.
