Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL20 Vengeance

Hi. will it make a big difference if i get the cl 20 or the cl16. I'm looking at a ram with 3600MHz CL20 and a one with 3200MHz CL16. Do i feel a difference?

CL20 isnt bad, but id go with the CL16 personally since you can OC a 3200 stick to 3600 without too much issues generally, especially with a good reliable stick like corsair vengance

Other laptop: Acer Chromebook cb3 431 with 4 gigs, celeron n3060 with hd 400 and 16 gigs eMMC soon to be a minecraft server?

Depends, if you can lower timings on those cl20 sticks, but then you'd have to buy em to test. Not a good option.

Though the difference of let's say 20-20-20-40 and 16-20-20-40 is not really noticable.
