Am3+ has two mounting styles, the stock tabs and a four hole pattern like any Intel platform. Think the dude is looking for am3+ coolers that mount to the holes instead of the tabs as he dosnt seem to have any

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

yes where can i find that i bought cooler master then bought H60 and about to return it

I would have thought that the H60 would have the right mounts, not that I recommend that cooler though. Most higher end coolers came with the four hole mount, but also coolers like the Cryorig C7(only one I can think off atm as I have one) come with the hole based mount. I think looking at mid to low end coolers that haven't been updated in a while is your best bet. I'd assume cryorig would use the same mount style as the C7 on their H series for example.
