my pc not stable temperatures and sometimes turn off

hi guys i have ryzen 3600 with asus ryo 240 cooler.

with asus b450 asus strix

the cpu temps sometimes are more than fine. 

but alot of time it overheat and turn off for no reason.

its about luck. sometimes  37c its fine sometimes its over 90c .

and sometimes after overheat i restart my pc and it works fine .

i just cant understand what is happning .

also sometimes i get normal tep 37 idel and it jump to 70s with 0 load . 

 

what is happning ???

Would think that it would be a cooler that have a loose mounting, but since you might be into tech... might doubt that?

Have you used the system for a long time, and recent issue?

Hopefully, if you are using an AIO (watercooled) that your pump is working and not clogged if that may be an issue?

i think the cooler works fine because when i stress the cpu max temp is 62c. but when i turn it off i goes to 77c
