CPU Bottleneck

I own the gigabyte aero 15 with i7 7700hq and gtx 1060 (6gb). My laptop is very cpu bottlenecked, I can't have several programs open while I play games and every time I check my task manager the cpu is always pinned at 100%. I know this is a locked processor but is there anything I can do to speed it up?

Remove bloatware, maybe consider using the windows10debloater tool as well to get windows 10 to be less of a mess.
