The Gryphon has more features and has a much longer warranty.

A motherboard doesn't change performance and they can both overclock a CPU well beyond what you need.

Bought me a Gryphon with the armor, like Excon said more features ;) I can Post a few pictures tomorrow if you wanted to see it with armor and backplate, or you can just google it

I like the gryphon persoanally. Throw it in a 350D with a 4670K and maybe a 280mm AIO and yove got a nice rig.
