VGA green light on after restart/no post.

Hello guys, I need some help, I been building my PC for few weeks now (changing parts testing other etc) and it's just taking long bc of work. Anyway to the point.

Specs :

 

sf750

asus x570i

ryzen x5800x

GTX 1080 msi

32 g.skill trident dimms 

couple nvms

 

I just replaced the AIO for an EK240 last night. And after replacing I turned the pc on and it worked fine, so I re started it to get into bios and set it. And pc wouldn't boot again. VGA light was on.

 

So I re seated GPU and it booted again. So I restarted to test and it happened again VGA light on and no boot. At that point I tested to power draining the pc and it booted fine. So since I was on windows I figured I could see if the pc recognized my GPU and yes it showed fine, I ran benchmark and no problem. I restarted the pc again. And error.

 

What is the problem? What should I do? I got another GPU to test but don't have the time until 9pm (back from work)
