Cooler Master MWE V2 750W Bronze for my lga1366 server 24/7?

I am building the following server:

  • supermicro X8DTL-3F

  • 2 x L5640

  • 6 x 4 GB samsung ECC DDR3

  • GT 730

  • GTX 1050

  • 2 x SSD

  • 4 x HDD

  • pcie USB 3.0 card

  • 140 mm fan, 2 x 120 mm fan and 2 x 120 mm fans for coolers

the server will be running 24/7

Is the cooler master MWE 750W V2 Bronze enough for that setup?

 

is it a good PSU?

can't really find it in 

is it tier B?
