the thing is a 3000/3200 kit is a very expensive and wasteful choice is there any 2133/2400 cl15 or cl14 kit?

if it was useful give it a like :) btw if your into linux pay a visit here

I would stay away from used ram....

I am sure the slowest consumer RAM DDR4 that is still made is 3200.

You could try to look for refurbished from some place that tears down servers.

Here in EU they give you 1 year warranty. And if it works for one year chances are it will work until the platform dies.

2133@cl15 is the most commen speed, I would just get that. If you can still get it? 2400mhz is fine too.. 2666 also.. (might be easier to find these days, because OEM's use that)

Yea I am from the EU so hardware availability is not the greatest.....

Maybe if I really dig around I can find a place that sells 2666 new but even that is dubious.
