VESA size on TV, will it fit STAND I Bought?

I bought a 50 Inch LED TV from WALMART

This TV was to Wide/Long for my existing TV stand so I bought a Table top TV stand for the 50 inch flat TV to fit existing TV stand.
Bought from From Amazon for  $32.99

The 50 inch TV paperwork says it fits VESA 200 x 200
The TV Stand-Table Top TV Stand says it fits "Compatible with multiple VESA pattern 100x100mm (4"x4")-400x400mm (16"x16")"

 

Can I assume the TV's 200x200 is going to work with this TV Stand-Table Top TV?

 

Also what is the lowest height that the TV can be once attached to this TV stand? I want it low as possible.

yes it will mount
how low can it go? who knows. it looks like it has 3 height positions. im going to guess its depending on tv and size that will determine how low it will be
