Is the Windows 10 ISO for bootcamp different from the regular Windows 10 ISO which we use for desktops and laptops?

Ishan_J

I already have latest 64-bit Windows 10 ISO, which I have downloaded on my MacBook for bootcamp. Can I use that same ISO for installing windows on my Desktop ?

Thanks. I thought there is Specialized ISO for bootcamp only that you can’t use for any other purpose !

Because on Microsoft's official website they said "Our website will detect which operating system you are using and accordingly we will provide windows iso file ".

That's why I was confused.

If I visit the site from Linux I get the choice between 32 bit and 64 bit. I assume you only got offered the 64 bit ISO, which is probably what they are talking about.
