Updating NVIDIA drivers

I just always update them. If you want to be on the safe side just wait a couple days after release and read about them.

I usually just wait a couple of days after they are released to see if there are any issues with them. Then, I'll install them just to keep them up to date.

I update them when I think to go into GeForce Experience and check.  It's not important to me unless there is a new game release and I need the, (Cyberpunk for example).

 

Otherwise there's no big benefit to updating a driver for GTA V or Minecraft, etc.

"Do what makes the experience better" - in regards to PCs and Life itself.

If I can be bothered or need optimizations etc for a new game I update. Otherwise I put it off.

 

You shouldn't worry too much, the released driver have been in beta and will (probably) not crash your PC, if you encounter problems after update you can revert the driver or wait for a fix.
