My parents have contacted me to build them a computer. They will use the computer for Word Processing, YouTube, netflix, Skype and browsing the internet. So in other words not much. They have tablets but specifically want a new computer. They would also like something as small and compact as can be to take up less space. The budget is up to 700 USD but if it can be cheaper then by all means lets do it. I am looking for suggestions on everything but I really need help with cases.

what do you mean by "I require hardware"? That doesn't tell me much. You have to tell me if all you need is the tower, or if you need a computer screen, keyboard, mouse, wireless card etc..

Hardware is a broad term. Do you need monitor, keyboard, mouse, web cam included in the budget?

By Hardware I mean core components nothing outside of a chasis. I got the build thank you everyone for contributing
