If I'm planning on getting 64 GB of ram and I want to get four 16GB modules, can I get two packs of the same memory, same speed and latency or should i get a four pack. I know there is concern for memory timings being different but will it make a noticeable difference? I'm just having a hard time trying to find the right memory in stock in four packs right now.

As long as the 4 sticks match you are fine.  If you buy 2 packs of the same memory you will be ok.

Make sure you get the same sticks, then it should be fine for the most part.. You may have to set timings manually though. 2x16gb packs should be easier to find
