If you plan on watercooling, reference PCB is always a good one and the stock cooler is pretty gorgeous anyways (thermals aren't the best but...). Unless you;re buying a card that is specifically meant to be overclocked, don't buy one card over the other for overclocking because a lot of it is luck of the draw unless the manufacture has already put in place some binning of their own (ahem cards meant to be overclocked). Look at the reviews, I assume there won't be huge significant differences. SOOO you should obviously get the one that looks the coolest ;)

I personally like EVGA because they can go with any kind of computer build and the warranty and it looks like they would run quiet no experience with EVGA cards yet but from experience my MSI Twin frozr 3 runs quiet but that was their older cooler
