ROG Rig Reboot 2020 is over and the 2021 rules (nor event video) have not been posted yet. Wait for the 2021 event to start (which will likely get months still) and check then.

The contest hasn't even been announced yet, let alone if it will take place in 2021 and in what form. So no, the submit a video page isn't live either.

Of course it doesn't hurt to write down your video ideas now, as that will only make it easier to make the video once the requirements are out.
