Wow that video is terrible, it looks and sounds like they were trying to make some kind of movie trailer instead of showing off a product.  I had to stop watching after the second time they pointed out the "ExoSeal Technology."

i wish they had a gopro compatible mount. This looks much better than the horrible gopro suction cup that i have been using.

I dunno about Canada, but here if Police see you holding your phone you will possibly get pulled over.

 

If you are wanting this for your TV in a living room, that will likely never happen. House paint flakes off fairly easy, and I wouldn't trust a $1000 TV being held by suction. I've had command strips pull paint off my walls that were holding up half pound decorations, and that was even Bear Ultra paint with primer below which is about as good as it gets for paint.
