Hello, I purchased the G935 headphones and I am having issues with spatial sound. When I install logitech G hub I lose the option of choosing a spatial sound setting in windows. When i open the DTS unbound app it shows DTS x is not enabled. I have tried changing the drivers to USB generic and that does not help. I tried reinstalling G hub and drivers and that did not help. The only way i can choose a spatial audio in windows is if I uninstall G hub. The issue is I lose control of EQ settings to the headset and I need G hub for my racing wheel. I have searched for hours and cannot find a solution. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Just don't use it. Simple enough. You basically wasted money on that headset in the first place and you're better off using stereo mode because you can't achieve true 7.1 surround with headphones either way.

I ended up finding a fix. I never installed the audio drivers from Asus after changing my MOBO. After I installed the realtek audio drivers I restarted, I then changed the driver from the logitech to the generic usb audio for the headphones and was then able to change the spatial audio feature but still use the G hub for RGB settings.
