So just made a new build and I got windows 10 installed and all that fun stuff. And now im on my Desktop and I cant connect to the internet. My motherboard doesnt support WiFi since its a Asrock b450 Pro so Im not sure what to do now. My router is on the first floor and my PC is in my room which is the second floor. If you know what I can do to allow me to get wifi on this new build please say so. P.S im new to this stuff so any suggestions would help thank you!

A third party wifi dongle will work: gimme a moment and I will send the link for the one I really liked. (liked it so much I bought a second one)

EDIT: here is the one i really like.  USB, so no need to open up your case.

When you say wire my PC to my router can you be more specific please. Like what wires do I connect or should I buy one.

Ethernet cable. It would be the best choice, especially considering reliability and latency.

Does this work effectivley though? or is this slow? I know its not going to be as good as running an ethernet cable but is it good?

It is pretty good, yes.  I have my desktop connected with a cable, and that is the best solution.  But since your router is on the first floor an the computer is on the second floor, that is likely not a possibility (unless you are willing to put a bunch of cables through your walls).  This little USB wifi adapter serves me pretty well, it reaches from my shed to my router (about 100 feet and through an exterior wall) but I have a crazy strong wifi mesh.
The speed that you transfer will depend more on your internet connection than on your wifi network, and this will be faster than your internet connection without a doubt.

USB Wireless adapter are trash, I've used a few myself, constant issues with the network connecting and disconnecting and absolutely no fix to it. It's pretty well known

your mac has wifi card already installed in it. Your motherboard doesn't. There are motherboards that come with wifi as well, but you didn't get one, therefore you cannot just connect your pc to wifi.

Well, it looks like your personal experience and my personal experience are in direct conflict.  Although... I am recommending him a specific product which I own two of while you are whining and throwing out broad statements about a problem you believe has never been corrected in an entire sub-division of technology...

USB wi fi adapters are widely known to be a bad choice. I've used the N300 mini and the archer T3U, the T3U being higher end than the T2U you're recommending, and both were trash, regardless of what drivers I used, I had a strong signal in my room but the adapters would just disconnect randomly, my friend who also used to have some kind of USB adapter also had issues, I'm not talking out of my ass. But feel free to deny everyone else's experience using these device, just because it works well for you. The point that I'm trying to make is that a wifi card is a much better, reliable choice compared to a usb, and it's guaranteed to work better. There's a reason the top review on amazon for the USB Tplink adapters is a 1 star review, saying RUBBISH. I'm not saying it's 100% guaranteed to not work properly, but there's definitely a high probability he's going to have issues.

Because unlike PC's Apple products are generally not upgradable. So they were nice to include WiFi built on. In the PC world, outside of Mini ITX motherboards you generally wont see WiFi include on a motherboard. There are a few exceptions but they are far and few between. Because generally with MicroATX and bigger you have a few PCIe slots that you can stick a WiFi card in.

Also the Ethernet cable is not for connecting to WiFi. Its for wiring your computer directly to your router so you dont have to deal with WiFi and WiFi's potential bull shit. Ethernet is generally faster, more consistent and reliable.

My advice is to use a PCI Express WiFi card. Dont buy one of those USB ones because you will be back here asking why its a piece of shit.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
