does GPU coolers have the same fan headers as case fans?

Newblesse Obblige

I was wondering if could replace the fans of my GTX 1050 Ti with a 90mm case fan if the fans ever got broken.

They usually use a smaller version of the header. There are adapters you can get that let you use normal fans with the smaller header.

Edit: Picture of an adapter, you can see what the smaller header looks like.

yes you can

but you may have to use other fan header unless your gpu have standard fan header, some do, but it's rare

Not sure, try to find a teardown or a picture of just the board without the cooler.

no idea, you'll need to look at board photo of it

if it's 2 pin,it's DC controlled without RPM feedback

if it's 3 pin, it's DC controlled with rwm feedback

i dont think there are 4 pin fans on gpu coolers, not that i know of

easiest way is to plug the fan into motherboard and control it that way, tbh
