I need best weird cpu for am4 socket, something that you cant find on normal retail site, something like scavanged laptop cpu, adapted for a pc

Why just for fun? Then get one of the ryzen 4000 apu's they aren't available anywhere but for oems in asia. Nothing else as weird as that.

So are this "pc" suppose to be functional? or are you doing this just because you can? Probably wont find any CPU other than the athlon 200g/3000g or a normal ryzen that will actually fit in that socket.

 

EDIT: if you are after an unusual/rare chip, a ryzen 1600 AF could be your best bet. Its almost impossible to find one, at least here in Sweden. I luckily found 1 available from a danish site for about 100 USD.

then a laptop chip wont work nor any other type of cpu other than the normal AM4 ones. As i said above, if you are after an unusual/rare am4 chip, a ryzen 1600 AF would fit. As its almost impossible to find one for sale. Most of them are the normal 14nm ryzen 5 1600 AE, and not the newer 12nm Ryzen 5 1600 AF.
