Alright so I bought an Alienware prebuilt 2 years ago and I want to Move most of the components over to a new case and motherboard for better stability and cooling. The cpu (i7-9700k) came preoverclocked, will I have to get a new CPU? or can I just move it over without any issues. I've tried to look stuff up to get an answer and couldn't find one.

Overclocking profiles are stored in the BIOS. You can transfer the CPU just fine. All you would need to do is re-enable the profile in BIOS.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example.
